Partial Hospitalization Program

Heaven’s Place PHP (Partial Hospitalization Program) is a short-term stabilization and treatment program for individuals who desire to get cured of their hazardous habits. We help avoid and prevent the symptoms that could worsen the case or could lead to hospitalization.
Our treatments, such as Individual therapy or group therapy, are best served to the clients coming from a detox clinic or entering the therapy for the first time. We cater to the needs of clients who require a higher level of care to achieve sobriety.

Intensive Outpatient Program

The IOP (Intensive Outpatient Program) that Heaven’s Place offer focuses on providing the clients with the tools they need to get help in transitioning back to their day-to-day life outside of rehab. When individuals step down for our IOP treatment, we offer therapeutic services in a more relaxed environment.
Patients are given the freedom to gain employment while attending the recovery meetings in a community. Heaven’s Place offers the highest level of care for anyone struggling with addiction and needs help to overcome this vicious problem.

Outpatient Addiction Treatment

Our OP (Outpatient Addiction Treatment) focuses on improving and strengthening our client’s relapse prevention skills. Our experienced staff crafts therapeutic solutions that give you the opportunity to experience successful, long-term healing and recovery. We monitor your progress and adjust our treatment sessions as you grow and heal.
We offer our clients the continuous support they need to overcome addiction and maintain stability during rehabilitation with our weekly group therapy sessions. We strive to deliver the same quality of compassionate and evidence-based treatment associated with all levels of care at Heaven’s Place.
